WHat is a pixel pitch?
LED Diode Spacing (Pixel Pitch)
The 2 models of EMCs shown are 10mm 20mm these numbers tell you the amount of space between each LED diode. Spacing the LED diodes farther apart shows more pixilation on higher graphical images, If you're trying to show your customers a picture of an apple on a small sign that's 20 feet away from the viewer with a pixel pitch of 20mm the apple would be distorted and difficult to see, for a shorter viewing distance you'd want to use a pixel pitch of 10mm.
Determine Your Pixel Pitch By Distance
Since we now understand the difference that pixel pitch offers we need to put this into consideration for the distance of your sign, if you're looking to put your sign 200 feet in the air or 200 feet away from the viewer a 20mm pixel pitch would work just as good without the need of a 10mm sign.

Pixel pitch is similar to a standard LED TV the more pixels the better the quality of the image, this also gives you the option for better detailed graphics to be shown on your LED sign.
