High Rise signs are basically pylon signs but with a stronger base and has a lot more height, you typically see these types of signs over highways, High Rise & Pylon signs typically have signage on both sides.

 Monument sign means a low-profile freestanding sign supported by a structural base or other solid structural features other than support poles and may contain signage on more than one side.
